Please I have 2 questions

1.) Does Care Card has an API that one can leverage or should we come up with our own development.

2.) Is there any programming language requirements as am seeing Expos or react native on the home page. I am asking this because am not reactnative oriented. Am Angularjs, Ajax, Jquery etc...

    1) For this contest we don't have any specific APIs

    2) React Native is a must

    I know angularjs and reactjs very well so I can get react-native to do my thing in less than 3 day
